2) Brain Storming

Our technical team do brainstorming on your market & product specifications, so we can delivery the most suitable product that closely align with your product specifications.

3) Product Formula Development

We start developing a product formula that is most suitable to your needs. We prepare some laboratory samples and provide them to you for your evaluation & feedback. Based on your feedbacks, we fine tune the product formulation. This may require some iterations of sampling & feedbacks. And then we finalise the product formulation once you are satisfied with the product sample and approve the same.

4) Product Packaging Selection

While we work on developing of product formula, we also capture your product packaging requirements. We suggest you packaging options that are most suitable for your products & we finalise on product packaging requirements.

5) Cost Estimations and Approval

Based on your finalised product formulation and packaging requirements, we give you product cost estimates. You approve the costing and place confirmed order for commercial production.

6) Product Registration at FDCA (IF REQUIRED)

Before we start commercial production of any New Brand & product, we need to register the Product Formulation under your brand name at FDCA, Gujarat. We prepare all required documents and apply for the product registration and take care of getting product registered at FDCA.

 

7) Material Procurements

Concurrent to the Product Registration at FDCA, we start procurement process For all the required ingredients and packaging materials.

8) Commercial Production

Once all ingredients and packaging material is arrived at our premises and product registration at FDCA is complete, we start product manufacturing & filling under strict in-process quality inspection.

9) Final Inspection

Finally our well trained QA personal perform Final inspection of the finished products before dispatch. We happily co-operate our buyers for any third party inspection of the goods if they choose to do so.

10) Dispatch

Goods dispatched through reliable transport service. We also co-operate buyers to dispatch goods through their transport arrangements if they choose to do so.
